This website

• Built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the target.
• Works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
• Text and background colors meet contrast requirements; text resizes with your browser settings.
• Images have descriptive alternative text; forms have labeled fields and clear error messages.
• If you have "reduce motion" turned on, animations are turned off.

The building

440 3rd Avenue has a street-level entrance, an accessible restroom, and accessible parking near the entrance. If you'd like to confirm a specific accommodation before a tour or an appointment with a tenant, call (518) 461-7965 and we'll make it happen.
