The Studios at 440 ("we", "us") operates thestudiosat440.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill out the contact or suite-inquiry form, we receive what you type: typically your name, email, phone, business name, and message. If you sign up for suite alerts, we keep your email address to send you notices about available suites until you unsubscribe.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to keep the site running and secure.
- Embedded services. The contact page includes a Google Maps embed, and pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may set their own cookies or collect usage data under Google's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your message, schedule a tour, and discuss leasing.
- To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it's used.
- To email suite-alert subscribers when a suite becomes available. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising lists without asking you first.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to the building's leasing email and stored by our form and hosting provider. We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a tenant, as part of our leasing records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
Email thestudiosat440@gmail.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. New York residents and visitors from other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them.
Children
The site is intended for adults seeking commercial space. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
